• Sing Your Song

Posted on April 11, 2015 by in Depression, grief and loss

What does that mean, to sing your song? You are naturally doing just that every day! As you express yourself as the unique one that you are, your song comes through. Some moments your song is a song of grief and your expression is wailing. Some moments your song is joy and your expression is dancing. Some moments your song is light and your expression is ease. Some moments your song is anger and your expression is fear.

Do you allow yourself the freedom to sing each song? Do you ride the changing sound waves as your song changes throughout the day? Think of your favorite piece of music. Is it the same throughout? Of course not, it is the changes in beat, tempo, and mood that make the piece compelling.

Perhaps like your favorite song, what makes you most interesting, what makes you most YOU, is surfing the sound waves of your own song!

Which leads me to an event I want to share with you. For all you readers in the DC area,  come join me and Larry LoBianco tomorrow, Sunday April 12, 2015, at the Pathways Natural Living Expo from 10:30 AM-7PM.
