Here’s what people are saying about previous classes:

Cathy’s classes helped me to become more deeply aware of my life moment to moment, experience my connectedness, and trust an inner part of myself. The structure of the classes, mini-lecture followed by experiential activity and interactions with other participants enhance the program. ~Barb, Maryland

I pay attention to my inner feelings now. ~F., Maryland
