Changing your beliefs and perceptions can help you move from fear and anxiety to inner peace. You can even access personal power in the present moment. Change is possible, in fact change holds great potential.
I work with individuals and couples who want to have more harmony and peace. By learning to use conflict to promote connection, both individuals and couples improve relationships with themselves and with people they care about. Ask me how that might work for you.
Some of you will be pleased to know that I have over a decade of experience working with people in ethical non-monogamous relationships and people who live alternative lifestyles. In addition, I welcome all who want to feel more comfortable in their own skin and who feel like they don’t belong. Some of you are facing spiritual/religious challenges. Some of you have a strong leaning toward racial and social justice. I do my best to understand and empathize with diverse perspectives.

I support social equity, and particularly racial equity. This means I support dismantling the false narratives of white superiority that empower some people and dis-empower others on the basis of race, class, age, ability, sex, gender, religion, nationality, and sexuality.
I support efforts to learn about and interrogate the socially constructed narratives that inform us that some people are more valuable and some people less so. I affirm the need to restore humanity to all of us by growing our empathy. I am committed to creating new narratives that affirm the interconnected nature of all life on planet Earth. I support positive change so that each person feels connected and knows, “I belong” and “I have value.”
