What can you expect in counseling? I help people address problems, improve relationships, accept reality, and develop the mindset and skills to make decisions and bring about changes. Clients tell me they appreciate that I am non-judgmental about their lives and the things they talk about. As we talk, we identify what you want to change as well as determine what you can learn to accept. Acceptance and change are both amazingly healing!

Most sessions are spent engaging in direct, practical, healing conversations. In addition, I have many years of experience with practices that support personal growth including: meditation, QiGong and Yoga, journaling, guided imagery, body awareness, and energy medicine (Donna Eden, Brain Gym, EFT, and Reiki).
